Digital Radiography—Our dental practice was one of the first general practices in the country to incorporate digital radiography for both intra-oral and extra-oral x-rays. A fast, safe, and comfortable X-ray technique, digital X-rays emit up to 90-percent less radiation than traditional systems. They also provide us with immediate images for diagnosing oral problems.
Intraoral Cameras—A tiny intraoral camera will explore your mouth’s interior and reveal problems that will help us in developing your treatment plan. A chairside monitor enables you to see what the dentist sees, so you can make informed decisions about your dental care. We’ll be happy to point out our findings and explain how treatment will help.
The Wand—For procedures requiring a local anesthetic, our computer-controlled delivery system assures your comfort. You can relax while we craft your brilliant smile.
We also include TLC light and patient monitor with satellite TV in every room.
The DIAGNOdent pen is a new hand-held laser caries detection aid that provides the same high detection accuracy as the DIAGNOdent.
We are now using the Cerec3D technology to make crowns. This technology uses a optical scanner to take a digital 3D picture of your tooth rather than an impression, we then design your crown on the computer and a machine mills your crown in about 12 minutes. We have a ceramic oven here and we can custom stain and shade your tooth as well. The days of leaving with a temporary are gone and you will leave with your permanent crown that very day!
